Homeless Youth Point In Time Count

It’s time for the 2017 Homeless Youth Point In Time Count
January 26th Midnight to Midnight.

This is the 4th year Build Our Center has served as an event organizer with Nevada Youth Empowerment Project. NYEP has organized the count for 6 years.

The Point-in-Time (PIT) count is a count of sheltered and unsheltered homeless persons on a single night in January. The Department of Housing and Urban Development mandates a survey of homeless people every year. This data is ultimately used to develop and fund housing and supportive programs for those in need.
